Understanding Your Price Estimate
HH Health provides price estimates for a wide range of common medical services. This estimate is a good-faith attempt to help you understand what your portion of the cost for a selected service may be.
We calculate estimates using an average “service bundle” based on historical billing for that service. The estimate may not match your final bill exactly. Your final bill will depend on the actual services and procedures performed, as determined by your care team.
What You’ll Need Before You Start
To complete your estimate, please have the following information ready:
- Type of procedure (Diagnostic Test, Radiology, Surgery, Women’s Services)
- Procedure name (examples: Knee X-ray, Chest CT, Hip Replacement, Colonoscopy)
- Insurance information (if applicable), including:
- Insurance company
- Member ID / policy number
- Group number
About Your Estimate
Your estimate is intended to provide helpful pricing guidance, but it is not a guarantee of final charges. Costs can change based on factors such as:
- Additional tests, supplies or services ordered during your visit
- Differences in clinical needs identified by your provider
- Timing, setting and complexity of the procedure
- Insurance coverage details (deductible, copay, coinsurance, prior authorization requirements)
