HH Health Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation Services support patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness and chronic conditions. Care plans may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, speech and swallowing support and condition-specific rehabilitation strategies.

Sports Rehabilitation

Our sports rehabilitation programs are designed for athletes of all ages and activity levels. Services focus on injury recovery, performance improvement and safe return to activity.

Certified athletic trainers and rehabilitation specialists work with patients to reduce re-injury risk and improve overall performance.

Therapy Services are available at multiple HH Health facilities, providing convenient access to rehabilitation close to home. Collaboration across the health care system supports continuity of care from the doctor’s office or hospital to outpatient recovery.
